Our Guarantee of Performance
Definition of 100% Performance, Money Back Guarantee: PowersEvents, a wholly owned division of Powers Solutions Corporation,
agrees to refund 100% of the contracted cost (license fee) incurred by the client/user for one or more of event management
systems, including but not limited to the PowersGEM and the PowersBEM ('the PowersEvents products'), if the client/user
does not experience an improved event experience over the same previous year's event. The criteria for determining an
'improved event experience' can be measured by improved revenue, reduced staff time, and the attracting and retaining of
sponsors and donors as compared to the previous year's events of the client/user.
This guarantee is offered to all first-time client/users deploying the PowersEvents products and is valid for the life of the license period of no more than
12 months from the execution of the license agreement between the client/user and PowersEvents. This guarantee is
only valid for first time client/users and is contingent upon the client/user learning how to use the PowersEvents
products and having used the PowersEvents products to promote and administer his or her event.
Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the closing of the contracted event.
