Wendell Minnick, Chairman and CEO, Co-founder and Director
Wendell has over twenty-five years of business development experience as a founder,
investor and manager of small-cap venture opportunities, primarily focused on proprietary
technology applications. These opportunities cover several markets including materials
technology, electronic retailing, data base information systems, and Internet commercial
applications.
Formerly an Investment Officer at Citibank and IBM, Wendellfounded,
managed, and developed several technology and content companies, including Lanxide
Corporation (proprietary ceramic technology acquired by Dupont), Accolate, Inc. (a major
product vendor to QVC sold to Tandybrands in 1995), MediaMap, Inc/www.mediamap.com.
Wendell is responsible for finance and administration, business development and the strategic
planning for, and deployment of, the company's business model.

David C. Hack, EVP Sales and Marketing
David is the former Creator/Founder of two successful start-up companies
both sold to larger companies. Starting his career with the world-leading
supplier in telecommunications, he eventually grew into the position of
Managing Director of Marketing helping double revenues in their two-way
radio division. David then started Your Revolution, an ISP, with angel
funding and built the business into a national subscriber base, before selling it
at peak value to EarthLink (5.2 million subscriber ISP).
David followed this success by joining tech executives in a new IT
consulting start-up with responsibility for marketing, sales, and business
development. After helping to sell that company at peak value, he accepted a
position to lead Sales, Business Development and Marketing at AHA Group
developing products for and partnerships with such companies as Siva and
Pepsi. Then, previous to leading PowersEvents, David was the Chief
Marketing Officer for the leading online luxury marketplace (www.portero.com
http://www.portero.com ). There, he led Sales, Charity Events,
Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Service for America's luxury
marketplace. .

Carlos Alvidrez, Technical Advisor
Carlos brings to Powers extensive experience in the architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of large business applications. He has more than seven years of professional experience in financial, service, commercial and consultancy environments with GE Commercial Finance where he was Application Support Leader, GE Capital Markets Services, GE Power Systems and the Chiapas Fund. His work has included software analysis, design, testing, reporting, coaching, database design, development, maintenance and support and programming. Carlos is quality certified in Six Sigma and CMM. At GE Capital Markets Services, he was the Cognos Center of Excellence Leader, and won the Voice of the Customer Award in 2001.

Holly Goshin, Client Relations Director
Holly comes from a professional and academic background in nonprofit management. She attended the Milano Graduate School at the New School University in New York and has worked over the last 13 years with organizations such as the Girl Scouts, Best Buddies, and Special Olympics International. Her focus has been special events fundraising and program and volunteer management. Most recently Holly worked with nonprofit clients as an Account Executive for Kintera.

Bill Anderson, Client Relations Director
Founder/Publisher and former President of PowersGolf.com, Inc. and Publisher of the Powers Golf Guides since 1989, Bill has a strong background in magazine publishing and marketing. He was the former publisher and president of The Atlantic Monthly and held senior titles at Saturday Review, Science 82, 83 and 84, and United Business Publications. Bill manages the content creation for Powers products and services.

Aaron Drake, VP Product Development
Aaron has more than 10 years experience in product development, including six years experience in the development of event
management systems. Aaron has designed registration and event management solutions since 2000, from golf tournament registration
to large scale conference management. His registration and event management systems have been used by such companies as
Exxon Mobil, American Family, Bristol Myers, and Nobel Biocare.
Drake's duties will be to oversee the development of new systems as well as the extension and expansion of current systems.
John Sfondrini - Director
Since 1987, John has served as the general partner of the Edge Group,
a general partnership comprised of limited partnerships that own natural gas producing properties and
interests in various technology companies.
John has served as director of Edge Petroleum Corp. since December 1996 and prior to that as a
director of its predecessors from 1986. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Gesture Tek, FP
Technologies and Medical Media, Inc. He earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of
Pennsylvania, and graduated from Wharton School of Commerce and Finance in 1970.
Phil Neches, PhD, Technical Advisor
Phil is one of our country's leading technologists and business advisors. He currently
serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Caltech and is technical advisor to the Merrill Lynch Technology
Group. Phil was Founder, Chief Scientist, and Vice President of Teradata Corp (1979 - 1988). Teradata pioneered
the application of parallel processing to commercial applications with hardware and software products that
implement the world's largest relational databases. Teradata was acquired by AT&T for a return to shareholders
over $1 billion.
At ATT, Phil became a Senior Vice President and the Chief Scientist of NCR Corp. (1989 - 1994). Since leaving AT&T,
Phil has been an independent Consultant working with early stage companies in the information technology and communications
services industries focusing on their technical, marketing and, business strategies as an advisor, board member and
investor. Phil serves on the Board of Directors of PeopleLink Corporation.
His prior directorships include DemoGraFx, MediaMap (where he served for four years with Wendell Minnick, Co-founder of
Powers Golf), and VendQuest. He serves on the Advisory Board of EarthLink Network Inc., OmegaBand Corporation and Tacoda
Systems.
Gene Bernstein, PhD, Marketing Advisor
In 1982 Gene joined Northville Industries, a third generation family business headquartered on
Long Island, where he eventually became President. His responsibilities include wholesaling and retailing and storing
petroleum products. In 1987, Gene and his family started the Long Island Classic, originally known as The Northville
Invitational Senior PGA Tournament, where he served as General Chairman for 16 years.
He also serves on the board of
three venture capital funds and a hedge fund managed by U.S. Trust and on several not-for-profit organizations, including,
but not limited to, the Board of Trustees of Alfred University (where he is Chairman emeritus), the National Center for
Disabilities Services (NCDS), the Institute for Student Achievement and the Metropolitan Golf Association Executive
Committee.
